They are not going to stop the need for a total knee replacement, I don’t think but by the first week I was much more comfortable in my waiting. I am truly surprised at the difference!

Seems to help with stiffness
I’m not sure if it is this supplement or the turmeric with boswellia that is helping my arthritic knees feel less stiff. It’s pricey but if it’s helping, I’ll keep buying,

I just started this. I am hoping they are as good as suggested. Only thing I find I don't like is they are terribly large pills.
