Buy "Catchmaster Fly Ribbon 20 Pack" NOW if you're sick & tired of flies invading your space!
"Catchmaster Fly Ribbon 20P" works like a dream! I had a fly infestation in my garage due to having some animals there, so I blindly tried Catchmaster Fly Ribbon 20P. The price and quantity were right for me. When I got them, I hung them up right away and within 2 hours more than 1/2 of the flies were caught. I got two home depot yard sticks, taped them together for length, then waved at the remaining flies that were hanging out. Got them to go wild as flies do. Haphazard flying and panicking, they unsurpisingly fly right on the trap. What's cool about the sticky tape is that when a fly just touches it, they are stuck and start to struggle to get away, which traps them more when their bodies and legs and wings to touch the tape--and BAM! They're caught for good! It's amazingly effective! To hand them: 1. Be careful not to pull the tape out of the little cylinder it comes on too much or you'll rip the tape. Just try pulling the first one. That's all you need to teach you how it works. 2. Tip: I got those small wooden stirs from home depot (they're about a foot long, real light and thin). I nail for small nails into it (to be used for having the strips of fly ribbon) and I nail it wherever I wanted to put the traps, then I hang the ribbons on the nails. (This is my garage, you see, so I don't care too much about nail holes). 3. Be sure it can't fall down (secure it right) so if you have animals or kids, they won't get to the fallen traps. They are SUPER STICKY. Imagine if you will one of them getting trapped in your pets' or kid's hair! Avoid that hassle. Secure them right. That's all I have to say. GREAT PRODUCT!

it catches bugs....
well, it's a fly strip. it catches bugs. pretty sure that when a bug gets stuck on it, it isn't getting loose. there's room for a lot of bugs. it's a good buy, fast delivery.

Works but there is a downside.
Ok so...this fly trap is sticky. But you have to warm it up before pulling out or you will just rip it. The only down side i ahve with these is they curl back up so you dont get the full length and the flies only go on one side vs both of the sticky sides.

Works well.
These work but are ugly.

Very sticky. Fairly easy to set up. But... zero flies were caught.
I bought this because - with the (screenless) windows open - the patio outside our door seems to attract a massive number of flies. The patio was actually an indoor corridor in the 19th century, but now - when we open the double-hung windows - it's a lovely place to sit outside, even in fairly inclement weather. (We're in coastal Maine.) Well... the patio MIGHT be a nice place to sit, if there weren't swarms of big, ugly, black flies. After trying a few homemade fly traps recommended online - which didn't work at all - I ordered these. The package opened fairly easily. Not great, but good enough. And then I unwound one of the coiled ribbons. My mistake: Not fastening my hair back. My hair is long, and seemed magnetically drawn to the really sticky ribbon. Oops! Then, I tried hanging these ribbons in open locations as well as sheltered corners. The ribbons have a slight odor, but - in a very open-air setting like our patio - it wasn't an issue for us. Three days later, the swarm of flies is still there, and zero showed any interest in these flycatchers. Absolutely none stuck to the ribbons. So, these may work with some varieties of flies, but definitely not with ours. For the price, it's probably worth trying these if you have a serious fly problem, but I can't recommend this. I wish I could.

No dead fruit flies
I have a problem with fruit flies after I had a bunch of bananas on my counter. I was using Apple cider vinegar traps and catching a lot, but thought it would save time to use flypaper. What a waste of money. This product claims it attracts flies, fruit flies and gnats. It attracts nothing. I have seen a fruit fly sitting on the paper, but when I look again, it has flown off. Thought the paper was supposed to be sticky enough to keep them there. It is sticky, I have to use Goo Gone to get it off my fingers if I touch it. I am very disappointed in this product. I have less fruit flies after trapping many with the vinegar home remedy, but I think the fly paper may have killed one. I would have given no stars, but that wasnโt an option.
