Does it dry out in the jar easily?

Not at all! Love this eyeliner bc it lasts forever, doesnt dry out, and doesnt smear easily.

Does it smudge at all?

No it doesn't.... unless their is some makeup guru magic out there I don't know about.

if this Mac fluid line eye liner gel is dried what can I do ?

One thing to remember is to always close the container. If you leave it open in the morning and come back in the evening it will have dried out some. If the container is harden then it is ruined if it is just a bit dry I have added a few drops of brush cleaner (MAC) and that rejuvenates it. If you add too much this will be dangerous to your eyes and it will change the texture.
