We purchased two botleys and the two remotes are controlling both botleys, which is hard for our 6 y/o twins. Can we change frequency?

Hello Amazon Customer, Unfortunately, the frequency cannot be changed, so we recommend having the Botleys 10-15 ft apart from one another to avoid interference. We hope this helps! Thank you, Learning Resources

Code model doesnot work

I had this issue with ours, like it would follow the black line but not follow the code commands. I changed the batteries to Duracell and the coding worked!

With our Botley the Coding Robot Activity Set, children as young as 5 can learn to code. Botley teaches the basics of coding through active play, completely screen free. Perfect for promoting critical thinking and problem solving skills. Botley can detect objects and be programmed to go around objects with if/then logic. He can also follow looping commands, take on obstacle courses, follow black lines and has hidden features to unlock!

Is 3 too young for this product?

Thank you for your interest in our Botley the Coding Robot Activity Set! It is recommended children as young as 5 to start coding with Botley, however, some children may be ready earlier. Feel free to contact us at review@learningresources.com if you have any other questions we can help you with.

Faulty product delivered

At first, the product came with parts missing Amazon was highly helpful in sending a replacement soon. But the new product did not work at all. Even with brand new, good quality batteries, the robot did not move am inch (we followed all instructions). Had to return the product both times for good.
