Hello there - yes, the black clip shown in the picture is supplied with the stick, and can be used to keep the stick folded.

Is it possible to buy the black clip that holds the stick folded separately as I have lost mine?

Yes you can buy the band seperatly to hold the stick together when folded. In amazon search type in folding walking stick strap. That's what I did and saw they are sold for £4.98.

Is this red, or more burgundy/claret/plum?

The colour is a deep burgundy colour. Not a bright red, my Mother loves it!

I’m 4’11 would this be too tall for me?

It may be. The adjustable length is 33 to 37 inches and at 5’10ish I need it fully extended which suggests at lowest setting it would only be suitable for someone around 5’5”
