Will this tank fill 80 balloons

The box says it fills 50. So get a second tank, or 80 smaller balloons

can you fill mylar balloons with this tank?

Yes, but I would not recommend it. Yes, in that it is *possible* to fill a mylar balloon with this, but I do not recommend it for two reasons: 1. A pressure limiting valve ensures that you will not burst the mylar, and 2. While it is possible to fill a mylar balloon, the needle type valves are better. I'd suggest getting a Western Enterprises mylar valve.

How long will the balloons last? I plan to blow them up the night before for my daughter to wake up to in the morning.

A well sealed Mylar balloon can remain afloat several days. Latex balloons are porous to the smaller helium atoms,and will lose 50 %. In 12 hours or so.Remember, air is made of molecules. Helium is an atom.
