The sides are tight, move under a some force. Still minimal though, more movement around by the buttons. I have had this case a week so far with no issues. Also dropped it 😂 phone is still fine, lucky enough. Hope this helps.

No, I had to place a thin sheet of metal in between phone and case to be able to have it attach to the magnet holder.
