Attractive cookies
I made some Christmas cookies with ruby chocolate. It turned our beautiful with pink coating on half. I felt that this ruby chocolate brought out nice flavor of amaretto/almond seasoning but by itself, I was not fond of the taste. Very nice garnish for special cookies.

Could be better
For the price of this chocolate, the flavor and texture could be better. if it was used as a coating for ice cream bars, it adds unique flavor. But on its own, its only average. I found the texture least appealing, it is hard and not soft like milk chocolate and does not have the depth of dark chocolate.

Taste was very off-putting
The taste of this was not nice at all - nothing chocolate about it. I was expecting something more like a cross between white chocolate and tart berry, but that was not it all all. I made chocolates with this and no one liked them. Very disappointing.

I melted it to mix with some vanilla pudding and found it to be rather grainy. Wasn't too bad when eaten straight.
