How to set this up as a second monitor? It only mirrors my laptop, laptop does not recognize it as a second monitor.

Is this compatible with macbook air 2015, not macbook pro?

Working fine on windows 10, but upgrade to windows 11, no longer works. graphics and usb drivers up to date, shows power but "no signal"?

Hello Heidi H, Please try unplugging and re-plugging, then please please try to plug the provided usb to usb-c power cable goes through the provided wall charger and into the electrical outlet for power at the same time while using usb-c cable connection or HDMI cable connection, then to see if the monitor will work.

I keep on adjusting the backlight every single time i turn it on. how do i keep it permanent the way i wanted it?
