Review: Unit sent Used and broken! - Opened box and it was a used unit! I am disgusted I have my food ready to juice and now I have to wait and may loose the freshness of my produce. Review: wasted food - I wanted to love this as there were so many great reviews but it just didn't work for me. It does not like soft items like oranges and grapefruit.... they get stuck and do not go all the way through and clog up the machine. For those who say put something solid like an apple after the oranges I did and it didn't help. PLUS I don't always want to have a mix of juices- some days I just want fresh orange juice. HORRIBLE to clean. The teeny tiny area where the "waste" is sent was way too small to clean even with the provided materials. Sadly I had to send this back. Pros: definitely a well built machine!
