Bang for buck
BANG for buck, I've been an electrician for 14 years I bought one 3 months ago and we out it through it paces even broke it by popping a seal on it. I ended up buying 3 more. This thig is the best value you can get for your money. I'm constantly knocking out boxes. Some dont's we have knock outs up to 6 inch it cannot handle anything thing larger then 2.5 inch, I can take 2 inch and below like a champ!!!!! We all love it. We use the hell out of it. And have abused it after all was said and done and we saw how easy it was to fix it when we broke it I had to get 3 more for my crew. The price of one greenlee will get you four of these. Forget the unibit when you have this is light and compact and has the power needed for tight places unlike greenlee. This is a must buy item for any electrician. Some cans it will have a hard time punching

Not HF junk
First off, I know HF has gotten better. I needed a KO set because I’m doing a machine shop and along with 1/2 my tools, my greenley KO set was stolen off my truck. I’ve always wanted a hydronic KO set but the prices are just unreasonable for the ones at the wholesale houses. I’ve been an electrician since 92’ and almost always had the bolt with channel-locks type. I did get to use hydraulics when apprenticing with various larger companies but my own set has been the nut tightening type. Well, on this job, I’ve pulled 30-40 holes, the last one being for a 1-1/2 pipe in a box that was better than 3/16” thick. Had to pump hard but it pulled right through. I was really hesitant about buying a crappy chi-com tool but I needed it right away to keep my guys working amazon could get it to me the next day. It was the kinda deal where if I could just get a few holes pulled before it broke and keep my guys working it would be well worth the < $200 it cost. First job with it, 1/2 way done and I’m very impressed. I don’t know how it’s going to last over the next 10 years or so but my initial impression is that it’s pretty solid. The included replacement seals look to be of top quality. The carry case feels rugged enough to bounce around my truck and has a pivot hinge, not just the bendy plastic hinge. Even the free step bit included is pretty darn sharp and we’ve made a bunch of holes with it. I read complaints of the pull bolt bending or breaking. I have no idea how you could do that. Are they using it as a hammer?

Seal replacement
Great tool but I need to replace both seals. So My question is what are they or where can I order another kit, because I lost the one that came with the knockout set

Its alright
Bought 2 of them. Worked great for all knockouts except around the 20th hole, seal broke. Oil everywhere.

It works!! Great Value!!!
Within the first two days I knocked out about 20 4 11/16 box using the 1" and 3/4 knockout, and I can say it cuts good. It leaves a good cut as well (probably cause its new but still)! Another thing worth mentioning that others haven't is not only does it come with an extra gasket(rebuild) kit, but there is a manual that references parts that you can buy. It also shows the assembly of the tool (not great but better then big name brands). I'll try and do a follow up review a year down the road, but I'm certain this tool should live its life cycle of 2 years. It will get lots of use as an electrician!

Good for one time use - No way to contact company even tho they say "contact us to fix".
UPDATE: Seller has removed my 2 "how do I contact you" questions, but has left the one where he answered "Contact me and I will solve for you!" That makes him look real good to anyone that doesn't bother to read the comments! I do not feel bad anymore about leaving this terrible review: What a waste of money! This tool worked great the first time - broke the 2nd time. The only way I could get any response was to ask a question on the tool page about getting replacement for defective part on May 27, 2022. Here's my answer from seller: "Hello, pls contact with me, I will solve for you, thanks!" I'm here to tell you that that sounds real good but there is no way to contact this seller. I've tried every conceivable way and asked how to contact 2 more times (on the questions page because there is no other way I've found) but do not get an answer. I have waited to write this review to see if there would be some support from seller, but there is zero except to make himself look good to whoever is thinking of purchasing this product. I hope I have saved someone money and frustration - this tool is a complete waste of money. I will be replacing it instead of trying to deal with this seller again plus I'm disappointed that there is no help from Amazon for defective products after return window has passed. Usually I can totally understand it - but not when it is obviously defective. This is my first and only bad review I have ever left on Amazon. Sorry - I'm frustrated because I hate to admit that I've wasted quite a bit of money on this seller!
