These gliders are amazing! I have purchased other types that really don't allow me to slide well on wood, but these are fantastic! They glide really well so I'm not hurting myself trying to drag it instead of actually gliding. I couldn't be happier with these. Also, the surface area is great, so my foot isn't aimlessly searching for it when I'm doing a move that doesn't enable me to see it. They are extremely lightweight, effective, and fantastic for my workouts. Worth every penny!

I became addicted to sliders at my gym learning to do the mountain climber exercise. It was a blast but the sliders they have are the routine size and would fling off my feet every couple of moves and was quite frustrating. I went online looking for larger sliders and saw these, I have several SKLZ golf training aids that are super durable and really fun so I thought these would be good oversized ones to try. I was really surprised at how large these are and how much good traction and cushioning they have so your sneakers dig right in. They no longer fly off my feet and I am totally psyched to do some of the exercises that are on the SKLZ video you can watch online. If you need larger sliders these are by far the very best ones to get and super cheap too

I got these for use doing Wheelbarrow Sliding pushups. That's what I call them. I saw Sol Ruca doing them on Sheamus' workout channel. These sliders work very well on my tile floor. I was concerned the grooves between tiles would be an issue but that was not the case. They are soft foam on the grey side and thick felt on the other side. I would buy again.

I read about these as part of a glider workout in an issue of Shape magazine, so thought I'd go with these instead of the fabric gliders I've used at the gym. They work great on carpet. It takes some getting used to with foot placement because of the grid of grippy foam on the upper side, but really no complaints. Like many reviewers said, these would not work well on hardwood floors. They work fine on tile, but if there's any grit on the floor, you're probably going to be scraping that around.

I came across the idea of using sliders from a recommendation as a great way to implement core strengthening exercises.In the last few weeks I have been doing slider exercises. There are many routines online and on Youtube. So far I really like the portability of the sliders and that they work indoor on carpet, I am not in the need to test the Claim of whether they work on other surfaces. Slider exercises may look easy but are very challenging , hence providing an amazing total body workout.I started with inexpensive sliders from Amazon to give it sliders a try. Those were okay but the small size made my feet slide off easily and foot placement was critical to how well they slid. I have since upgraded to the Slidz by Skilz and these are far superior. The Skilz are larger in size, contoured on top to reduce slipping and have a smoother bottom surface. These are well worth the extra money. Highly recommend these over other less expensive sliders.

An excellent product for core work & endurance. My personal trainer has a set in the gym and I needed my own here at home.I have recommended to friends and will purchase as a Christmas gift.Thank you fir a quality product.

Was using two paper plates before I knew such a product existed. There are cheaper versions of this item here on amazon. However I went with this one cause I’m familiar with the brand and quality. Size fits large hands comfortably. A whole new world of exercises opens up if u can get creative and are physically fit. I don’t advise getting or using these if your not in any way athletic to some degree. You can get hurt if u loose your balance. Would like to see a body trunk sized slider for floor lay raises.

I got these sliders about a month ago. They are very nice, light and very comfortable (I use them in many ways when I am doing side crunches to rest my elbow and/or put them under my knee for support). The only issue is that I noticed that they are starting to come apart. The bottom portion of the slider is coming apart. I will test them for another week or so to determine if I will have to return them.

Je les adore ! On peut utiliser des deux cotés donc je les utilise pour faire des pompes sur mon carrelage et travailler mes obliques.

Ich benutze die Sliders/z regelmäßig zum Training und finde sie klasse. Auf Teppich, Parkett, Spanplatten - sie rutschen überall. Das Polster ist für die Hände auch geeignet. Natürlich bleibt nicht aus, dass die Unterseite je nach Bodenmaterial ordentlich zerkratzt, aber dafür weiß man/frau dann, dass man was getan hat.Ich bin sehr zufrieden

No recomiendo para nada absolutamente este producto!tiene por los dos lados la esponja! Este producto no desliza en suelos de gimnasio/Tatami/Hierba sintética! Solo desliza encima de la baldosa.Un producto carísimo o de los mas caros que vi en Amazon y en el nombre pone deslizador y es que para nada es el producto esperado.He tenido que comprar otros.

Good for laminated or wooden floors. But on gym floor which was matted, The base of the core slider that rolled into lint which kept peeling off. Bought another brand with a smoother base. Wouldn’t recommend this one. Other than this rest is ok as a core slider
