The item is awesome I use it for Tai chi ball exercises and throw it up and down about 3 ft from arm to arm for a really good conditioning workout.

Weighted ball for physical therapy
That is a heavy ball for the size of it. It is easy to use, non slippery and looks like it is made to last. My husband hurt his back and after physical therapy, he was sent home with a list of exercises, one of which was the use of a weighted ball. This item fits the bill and easy to use and handle.

I’m a pro Armwrestler and just playing around with this for a few mins is a workout. Very useful.
Love it! I use it just sitting in the couch watching a movie, my grip and wrists have got way stronger using this. I just hold it and throw it up doing reverse grip and grab with other hand and do this for like 5 mins. Perfect to strengthen hands and forearms.

Nice to use. I bought this for my recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery. I roll it up the wall. It has nice weight. It's mushy enough to hold on to . I would recommend them. They feel like they are loaded with sand.
