Not ok for any modern car

Trickle slow charge is likely ok. However, the boost/start will not work and damaged my car battery, only produced 3 volts after that function. The Car Mechanic said these are only ok for small older cars, that do not have computers in them. Anything else the slow/trickle charging is ok, BUT, expensive just for that function. This item has now ruined a battery that was just over 2 years old. Not recommended.
