How many times can I use this chemicals

From the instructions: "The instructions assume a working solution volume of 600ml. This is enough for a Paterson two spiral tank system and will process 2x135 films or 2x120 film in this tank..."

Will this work for color film?

No. This is not the correct chemistry for color film.

Can I use it for 110 b&W film?

It should be fine with 110 exposure film. I would just change the development time due to it being 120 instead of 400 iso. It would only be a problem if it wasn't b & w film.

do the results change if I only develop ONE roll of 35mm film instead of the two indicated?

I haven't used this yet, but having developed many rolls of film in the past, it shouldn't make a difference. You just want to make sure the chemicals completely cover the film.
