LorAnn Oils Super Strength Cotton Candy Flavoring For Candy Making

The flavor is awesome, it’s more watermelon flavor than cotton candy. I used it to make crack grapes and party pickles. I think it would be great as a cupcake. I just wish it came with more than 2 drams. I’m going to try some other flavors.

Worked great but didn’t exactly taste like cotton candy almost more of a butter beer taste but still good!

Used it to flavour Marshmallow fondat as a home baker. I intend to try it to flavor buttercream.

The 3 stars I gave, are for quick shipping and great packaging - not the product itself. After buying two of these on Amazon (and being disappointed), a local grocer starting selling this and some other Lorann flavoring oils. Thinking that perhaps I'd gotten a bad batch the first go-round, I bought 2 more of Lorann's Cotton Candy oils from the local grocer. (That's how much I longed for a true Cotton Candy scent, I bought 4 in total, which turned out to be a waste of money). But, nope, all 4 bottles were the same. It's not Amazon's fault, nor the fault of my local grocer... These simply do NOT smell, taste, nor resemble cotton candy, whatsoever. It's a sweet scent, but it's not even close to mimicking cotton candy. Those sweet-scented pink and blue clouds of cotton candy you get from a Fair, circus, amusement park, etc, should immediately come to mind. But, nope, not even close!!! So, big disappointment in my view. BTW, all 4 bottles had expiration dates 2 to 3 years from now, and all were tightly sealed. Having bought 4 of them from 2 different places, my conclusion is that the scent and flavoring itself is too far off from Cotton Candy, for me to buy this again, or recommend it to anyone. I usually like Lorann's oils, but this one was a big fail.

Yes these bottles are tiny but you only need a little to get the flavour, I will definitely be purchasing again
