Excellent for Sourdough shaping
The size of this is perfect for sourdough bakers. It’s large enough to easily allow proper support when shaping and turning high hydration sourdough (with the help of a spray of water to help avoid sticking).Also great to use to protect my countertop (I’m sure metal scraper would be fine but I’m being cautious)

NOT SILICONE
I found these after a long search for silicone cake scrapers. The first word to describe them in the title is "Silicone". These are not. While they have some flexibility, they are hard plastic. This is much more the consistency of a credit card, not at all the rubbery flexibility and grip of silicone.
