I just had a total knee joint replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I am using the exercise ball at home to continue my physical therapy. These are the same balls as my physical therapists practice uses.

Got it cause my doctor told me to get it lol. Probably needed a bigger ball but this works just fine for my back stretches. Pump is slow. Thankfully I had a pocket vacuum pump. Strong material and works well.

Just what my physical therapist recommended and I like it. Very sturdy and has stayed inflated over a few months of use.

Muy grata experiencia tener esta pelota ya que medidas menores como 65 y 75 me quedaban corto por mi tamaño mayor a 170,está me da estabilidad incluso cubriendo la por completo.

It's grippy and there's no smell! It made me realize how bad the swiss balls I've used in the past are. Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend.

I've bought cheap balls before, and been happy with the quality, but they only last about 6 months. This time, I went for one 4 times the price. It looks great, and feels very much more durable. I am, once again, very pleased. We will see how long it lasts.
