This shampoo has helped my dry flakey scalp

I'm sure the product is fine, and I didn't want to give a bad rating. However, I suffer from Seborrheic Dermatitis, and I thought this would be the solution to end my flare up. It made it worse. It stripped all the oils out of my hair and my texture has changed dramatically. I'm a Black American with 4B hair and it did not work for me. Tip for the wise - KeraCare- Blue bottle turned it all around

I have been using this shampoo now for several years and I like the way it leaves my hair. It does not strip all the natural oil out of it and leaves it more manageable. I don’t know if it actually grows hair or not but I don’t seem to be losing any either.

I have been using this Shampoo for 10 years. Recommended for these who have hair loss issues.

I've been using it for over a week and it feels pretty good. It has a cooling effect, but I can't see it yet. I'll use it as a normal shampoo for two months and see how it goes.

I bought it thinking that it might help me with my seborrheic dermatitis. I have been trying countless shampoos over the years and nothing seems to calm my flare-ups, itchiness and redness. I invested money in this shampoo that looked promising. I have so far used it 5 times and I can tell that I do not find it helpful at all. Maybe with hair loss is ok, but for dandruff/dermatitis is horrible. My whole scalp is red and flaky . No No No No No

I started using Alpecin while living in Europe last year. My hair is doing great. It's thicker and healthier than its been for a while and my landing strip of light hair is fading away. The best thing I can say though is that my dandruff is completely gone. GONE! This shampoo does what other shampoos have never been able to do for me. Alpecin has gotten rid of my itchy scalp and all the little flakes. Since using Alpecin I can wear black again without worries and I've grown my hair longer because I'm not worried about it falling out! 5 Stars Indeed! The only place you can get this in the USA is Amazon. I highly recommend it.

Como anticaspa, o como champú en general, muy bien. El pelo queda limpio, suave y con olor agradable. Pero como anticaida no hace ningún efecto, como era de esperar. Porque no hay ningún champú que frene lo inevitable, amigos, nos vamos a quedar calvos de todas maneras, si nuestro pelo inició ese trayecto sin retorno.

This stuff works for me..My hair is fuller and my girlfriend can see the difference on the top of my head. Where it was a little thinner.has now filled in considerably. This product along with the Alpecin Caffeine Liquid follow-up is all I'm ever going to use from now on.
