Better than a lot of rubbish you get in party bags. These are great and cool even for kids slightly older. And once the whole class has one they can be used to write messages to each other. Only wish there was 30 so it would be for a full sized class. We'll have to supplement with other items but not worth buying a whole extra pack.

You really get a lot of pens for you money. We have only used a few of them and they all have worked perfectly. The kids have had a lot of fun drawing on themselves and all their toys, without making any mess. I have also security marked a lot of my electronics. All in all I would recommend them.

Nice pens, work well. When you write with them you can barely see what you are writting, but you can perfectly read with the light. 4* instead of 5 just because the set comes in a plastic bag and then each pen comes wrapped individually in other bags, which is really not needed and thus uses a lot of extra useless plastic.

UV Pens are a bit of a "thing" with our children currently, so perfect for including in some spy related party bags. The pens are all individually wrapped, which makes them ideal for whacking in a party bag along with some stickers and a small note pad. Party bags all too often come with sweets and cheap plastic tat, so it is nice to do something different. I dread to think what messages have been written and where though.... we won't ever know.... unless we can smuggle one of the spare pens back again... Hopefully they haven't tatoo'd one another!

Absolutely amazing pens. I used these in party bags for my sons 8th birthday and they went down a storm. The kids loved them and really enjoyed writing secret messages

These were great fun to use. However, some pens did not work (lights or writing) when first opened. Many pens worked well for a short time but soon did not work very well. I had only bought enough for the number of children which meant that some ended up with 'dud' pens. A cool item but for the price I would have expected them to work more reliably.

I brought these to add to party bags for my kids birthday party. The children were in the 7-8 year age group and most toy options seemed more suitable to younger children. This was perfect because the children were very excited about writing messages that can’t be seen unless the UV light is shone at them. I got loads of good feedback and luckily I had extras for mine as well.

These were a lot of fun! The pens are several different colours, green, blue, red, pink, orange, yellow and purple. I couldn't tell whether the ink was different colours, when you write with them the ink is invisible and when the light is shone on it - it just seems to show up blue. So far none of the pens that I've used had any issues. They all worked well and the batteries are still going strong. Getting 28 of them seems a little excessive but perhaps they are better suited for groups of children, in classes at school or youth groups or something. Definitely good for some fun, but it is quite short lived.
