Is this mat strong enough to be put on top of a baby cot?

This is a flexible, waterproof, padded mat to be placed on a hard surface i.e. changing unit/floor. Some cots have wooden changing station toppers which it could be used on however it is not strong enough to be used alone. We hope this information helps.

I bought this and it was a lot smaller than the standard size. I ended up buying another one which was standard size.
