Ionic Liquid Iron Supplement, Small 5-Drop Serving for Easy Use, Unflavored

I’ve only been taking this for just under a week so I don’t want to review on how it’s affected me just yet since I believe it may be too soon to tell. I did however wanted to leave a review for those who have said they can’t get over the taste. I have been able to easily mask the taste of it with no problem. I’ve been using it in my iced Califia farms Mocha coffee with almond milk. I was worried with the reviews that’d it’d ruin the taste of my coffee but it completely masked it and have been able to drink it all with absolutely no problem. I also make banana and almond milk smoothies with peanut butter and cinnamon and have t been able to taste it in that either. It definitely changed the colour of the smoothie but I have yet to taste it. I did smell it a bit at first so I added an extra quarter of banana and a few drops more of almond milk. It masked the taste completely. I WILL say that when I got an iced chai latte from Starbucks and put it in there that it COMPLETELY ruined the taste of the drink. I assume because a chai latte isn’t strong enough in its own flavour to mask it. Play around with different drinks and I can assure you you’ll find something to hide the taste and be able to take your dose of iron! Good luck. :) I will be sure to update once I get my bloodwork done. UPDATE: it’s been a few weeks now - still having great luck at hiding the taste in my iced coffees/smoothies! I get my results from my blood work next week so I will update then-however-I do notice I’m not as lethargic as I have been. Don’t get me wrong, my energy levels are still low and I am still feeling tired but it’s not nearly as bad as it was for several months straight (especially since it was getting worse for a while). Since I haven’t been doing anything differently, I know for a fact it’s this iron that’s working. I’ll update with my blood work stats! Update 2: I got my blood work results and my doctor recommended I keep using this product as they see a massive improvement! I continue to use this with my Mocha cold brew coffee by Califia Farms each morning. Masks the taste completely and I’m getting my energy back! Final review: if you’re like me and suffer from anemia and low iron, this works wonders.

If you can just get past the taste, this iron is exactly what you need if you are low on iron. The question is what does it taste like? The answer is, “ it taste like IRON RUST” 4 drops a day on your tongue, and your good to go. I follow mine up with five drops of the great tasting liquid B12 in the dropper bottle and I’m good. If not, you’ll need to be brushing your teeth, most likely after you do the drops. But as I mentioned. THIS STUFF DOES WORK.!!!!!

I used to really like this product and it was recommended to me for my iron deficiency issues unfortunately two of the three times that I've purchased it recently the product has not come properly mixed from the manufacturer the lots are different but the ingredient listing is the same and The taste texture and consistency are completely wrong. In my photos the original recipe that is effective is on the left, the new being sent out now is clearly missing some ingredient.

Added a few drops to ramen which is very flavorful and couldn't taste it at all... thank god. Not sure about the benefits yet though.

These babies that say something about the taste* grow up are y'all children? Y'all want your iron gummies and Flintstone vitamins? The taste is pretty bad but it only lasts for a couple mins. I prefer the real thing instead of a product loaded with flavor agents. It seems to be helping me

I have no doubt that it works, my cardiologist recommended for my POTS and Raynaud's symptoms, however I can't stand the taste. It tastes like biting into a bloody raw liver. I do not recommend trying mixing it with smoothies, juices, water, it tastes awful and it'll ruin your drinks. The taste lingers in your mouth for several minutes, and I find myself still burping the metallic iron taste after hours of having it. Chewing gum does not really help. If you don't care for bad tastes as much as I do it might really help you. I saw someone suggesting adding into vegan medication capsules. I might try that so it doesn't go to waste.

I needed to make a change, i was taking iron in tablet form. It just recently started to cause my stomach a big problem. My Dr. Percibed that i take it three times a day to bring up my red blood count. I wasn't sure sure what the problem was. But i notice that when i stop talking the tablets that my stomach stop hurting. And i started to feel better. So i decided that i needed to find something that would help me continue to take the iron i need without the side effects of tablets. So i came across this product and it seemed that it would help me with my problem. And its 4 x times more effective than the tablet iron. It goes straight to the bloodsteam and bypasses the stomach. I liked the sound of that, and it gives energy and so much more. I just received it and i feel totally different than i did with the tablet iron. I don't get tired like i did with the tablet iron and i was taking it 3 times a day. I love the difference and you can put the liquid iron in orange juice, or any kind of juice you might drink, i put it in my orange juice ans in my smoothie. And it seems to be working. And i have energy that i can't describe. I don't get tired like i did just getting up and moving around. This has changed my life. I would totally recommend to anyone that is have trouble with lack of energy and stomach pains/ side effects. This will change your view about what you take to help your health issues. It cost more but worth your money 💰

I purchased this in hopes it would help my numbers when I donate plasma (on my second donation of the week, sometimes I have too low of iron that I get deferred). This has been great. I haven't been deferred since using it. I just add 5 little drops to maybe a shot glass of water and drink it quick. The taste is kinda yucky, but just have a chaser and you'll be fine. I previously read someone was upset theirs came in a plastic bottle, not sure if that was old, but mine is in a nice solid glass bottle. Very sturdy, dropped it a couple times and it hasn't broken. There is some very big discrepancy with the dosage tho between the bottle and the website. The bottle says 5 drops, but the website (which is not a good questionnaire like the paper that came with the bottle said, it was like 2 questions) said 20 drops! WOW! I don't need it for a medical condition, just assistance in plasma donation, so I stick to the 5 drops and it's been great since. Perhaps someone who has a medical condition might need 20, but not for my usage reason. It would be good to maybe see the website questionnaire adjusted. But logical reasoning is good to use depending on what you need it for.
