LS130-15 White Stripes Designer Notebook Sleeve 15.4" Laptop Cover Neoprene Soft Carry case up to 15.6 inch Anti Shock System

I wanted to write a review, first of all, because I know a lot of people have been concerned with the smell. I actually like it. It reminds me of going into pool stores when I was little, during summer time. To me it just means that it's NEW/fresh off the press. I'm not sure if that's a proper assessment, but I wouldn't say it stinks, I'd just say few hands have been on it since it was made and that makes it feel clean, to me. It was made and put into the plastic right away. The case is a little loose on my 15.4" MacBook Pro, so I think it'll fit most 15.4" notebooks pretty well. The extra room is really no big deal/doesn't make a difference. I love neoprene cases because they don't need to be removed when you're going through airport security. Love that it as small rings on the sides so you can clip on a strap. Also would be perfect for the airport and rather than having to open up my carryon and make other travelers wait, I can just go through the line with it over my shoulder (clearly, traveling with a laptop is a big deal to me lol). The case is exactly what you'd expect. Nice quality. Definitely doesn't seem "cheap" or any different than something coming from some of the more well known case companies. Before this, I had the regular 'ol incase sleeve that everyone and their mom has as well. I believe I paid in excess of $30 for it. It did the job, and they're great cases, but I've never seen sleeves like Digittrade's. I've seen solid colors and polka dots or stripes. The designs on these cases are different. The zebra is ADORABLE. Just a really cute idea to cover an expensive business laptop with something playful and childlike. Always makes things more fun and who knows, maybe it'll spark a little of your own imagination as you're going to open your computer. Like I said, the quality is exactly what you'd expect/hope for. Sleeves are meant to keep computers from being scratched and it will certainly do that. It's thin, as sleeve should be (great because you can just slide it into your bag that may contain other items that can scratch your computer), but it is not flimsy. There's definitely some protection there. Overall, definitely like how different it is. It was a great buy and a reasonable price. If the smell is bothersome, I'd just give it a few days to air out or give it a little spritz of febreeze. :)

Received this item today after doing a lot of looking for an inexpensive, durable, lightweight (but pretty!) sleeve for my new laptop (15.6" Dell Inspiron 15). It fits PERFECTLY, even with the styrofoam insert to keep item from bending or being crushed in transit is left inside. Enough stretch it could more than likely fit even a slightly larger laptop. * It definitely has a strong "new" or chemical type of odor. I'm planning on sticking a box of baking soda in/beside it overnite. * Zippers are a brushed silver color and appear sturdy and are in good working condition, tho I am using lots of caution with them, just in case. :) I like how there are d-rings on either side of the zipper so a strap can be attached if desired. * One of the main reasons why I purchased this sleeve is the fact that the graphic isn't an overlay, but is actually dyed into the fabric on both sides, and it looks great in real life! No worries about it flaking, peeling, scratching or rubbing off. :) * Could be my monitor, but on the website, the butterfly looks quite a big lighter in color than the cluster of grasses and leaves, but in reality, I'd say they are almost the exact same shade. Also, again, could be my monitor, but the design looks to be a very dark orange, almost red-orange, but is very clearly plain orange in real life, which is fine by me. :) Only reason I give 4 stars is because I just received item today, so not sure about durability - I'll update in a month or so. :) EDITED TO UPDATE 01/2015 - This held up extremely well for the 2 years I used it during school. No complaints, no rips, no breakages. It's just a little dirtier than when I first got it but otherwise still in the same great shape!

It's a neoprene sleeve. It WILL smell when you first take it out of the packaging. If you're lucky, it won't smell so strong, but it you're not, you'll want to let it air out for a while before you use it. I got a different sleeve for my sister that didn't smell much at all, but mine did. I just sprayed some fabric freshener on it and let it air out. Also, I ordered it a good month before I actually got my laptop, so it had plenty of time to air out before I actually started using it. (Don't worry, it won't take anywhere near a whole month to air out, I just like to be prepared). The sleeve does not come with a carrying strap, but it does come with rings so you can hook a strap onto it. Keep that in mind. The sleeve looks just like it does in the picture, and it's very cute. The inside is bright yellow (like, highlighter yellow), which is a nice touch. I ordered this size case based on the dimensions of the laptop I was getting, NOT the screen size (because a 15" widescreen laptop may not fit the same as a regular 15" laptop, which won't fit the same as a 15" laptop that has a wide bezel around the screen). The width is perfect, but when the laptop is in the sleeve there's about an extra inch or two of space between the top of the laptop and the top of the sleeve. This isn't bad, though, and usually you want to have a little extra space in your sleeve so you don't have to worry about the zipper rubbing against your laptop, or the case having to stretch to fit around the laptop (also, for college students, if you want to just slide your regular old paper notebook in there too and go to class without a big bag). The extra space certainly doesn't make me feel less secure about having my laptop in there. The sleeve is waterproof, and while I haven't actually dropped my laptop while it was in the case (there are some things I just would not do for the sake of a review), it seems like there's enough padding to prevent any serious damage if it was to fall.

I just received my netbook case today, and I absolutely love it. First of all, the shipping was extremely fast. I ordered it on the 27th and received it this morning, the 30th. I have an HP Mini 210-1170 with the 6 cell battery pack, so I wasn't sure whether the case was going to be too small. However, it fits great. It is not too tight around the computer, but it also was not so large that the computer was moving around inside of it. The pattern on the outside is also classic, showing city silhouettes and depicting a map of the london underground. The neoprene material is soft enough on the inside to protect from scratches, and the boarder of the case is just as padded to protect the computer's edges from accidental bumps. my only complaint would be that it has a very strong chemical smell when it is first removed from the plastic, but i'm sure that will go away once it is exposed to the air for some time.

The designs is really nice. It is simple yet unique. My laptop fits nice and snug inside; a perfect fit. the case itself is soft, but not flimsy. The zippers are easy to use. Because the case fits exactly to my laptop, it isn't easy to slip it in quickly. I'd rather take my time to ensure the safety of my laptop than have it slide around in a case. DIGITTRADE has numerous designs; enough to fit anyone's taste. I liked several of the designs they had, but I chose this one to somewhat fit the major I am studying for college; Music Education. If you're looking for a unique design and %100 protection, I would purchase this item. The item was priced accurately. I got what I paid for. I am very happy with this item.

This laptop sponge case definitely does the job. It completely fits my MacBook Pro 15.4" laptop and the thick, spongy, black padding on the inside provides a protective design, which keeps the zipper from scratching the laptop. Also, a little plus, it was delivered with some styrofoam support to keep the case from folding during shipping. I just kept that foam in there as extra padding for my laptop. I love the floral print on this case, but I had two set-backs. 1) It's definitely a print on top of a case...I assumed that the print was ingrained into the fabric and that the fabric was dyed to hold the floral design. I just hope that in the future, the floral design does not start peeling off or cracking off the case. For that sake, I'd be afraid to wash it in the washer if it got dirty. Instead I'd spot clean it. It has the feel of iron-on stickers being applied to a gray case. Other than that, the color of the print is vivid and the print itself is heavy duty. 2) The print is only on one side. I was under the impression that maybe it was on both sides, but nope! Only one side. I guess if the fabric was dyed and the print was on both sides...that'd just add to the cost of it. In conclusion, for the $$$ I spent, this is a great, functional, and aesthetically pleasing urban-esque floral art printed case. Already received compliments on it and I'd recommend it for personal use or as a gift.

Fantastic Product, I bought this one and another that looks like an old tape recorder, black and blue, and Im very happy with both. The graphic is exactly as in the picture, on both sides of the cover. Great stitching and zippers work fine and seem that they will last. This cover is also green on the Inside which is a nice touch. My hardcover shell is green as well so it looks great together with the neoprene cover. I have a 13in macbook pro 2011 model and it fits perfectly in the neoprene cover with my hardcover shell on. I'd definitely buy again from digittrade. Oh, it has the side hooks for a shoulder strap if you have an extra one, but that is not included. The super saver free shipping came in only 4 days, faster than the regular shipping for other similar products I purchased on the same day. Don't hesitate, its a good deal and it looks great too. As far as style for the DIGITTRADE LS132-13 Old School Designer MacBook Sleeve 13,3" Laptop Cover neoprene soft carry case up to 13,3 inch Anti Shock System goes, ..this thing is COOL. .. Definitely SWAG. I get compliments from everyone that sees the bag. ....yes like the other reviewers have mentioned the sleeve does have a rather strong smell and quiet frankly it is not pleasant. I have had mine for over two weeks and when i pull my computer in and out of the bag i still, ..hardly, but still get a whiff here or there, it smells like a burned permanent marker. I can tell that over time the smell has dissipated and eventually be completely gone. ...does NOT come with a strap but one could easily be clipped on for easier carrying or travel. I love the look of the bag but, it seems alot bigger than 13.3 inches and width wise is pretty thick too. I feel like because of the extra width it could've been more padded or lined with some softer material inside, especially since it is being advertised as a "Macbook sleeve". Also because of the fact that it is more like a fourteen inches rather than thirteen it makes my macbook look bigger and bulkier then it really is, which I hate because like most of us, one of the main reasons besides the intuitiveness and familiar interface, I bought a MACBOOK over a pc laptop is the low profile sleekness and lightweight portability. So i rated it three stars just on the fact that this is not a macbook specific sleeve but rather a "whatever laptop you can squeeze into a fourteen inch sleeve" sleeve or "macbook with room to spare" sleeve, LOL. I know older MacBooks are a little bulkier and my 2011 Macbook Pro a little sleeker however this sleeve is kinda like wearing an oversized shirt, Ya your not topless and exposed to the elements, and a baggy shirt does not look bad however someone may perceive you as bigger then you really are, and if your like me form fitting items tends to look better and feel more secure.

Il est très beau, il a pas l'air super robuste et est un peu trop petit pour mon HP Stream 11 mais il rentre quand même. Je recommande !

Conforme à la photo, la qualité est plutôt très correct, le petit plus est les anneaux sur le coté pour y attacher une sangle si l'on souhaite le porter à l'épaule, la taille est parfaite, j'y range mon ASUS ainsi que ma souris aisément. On peut aussi le laver à la machine sans problème, il ne se déforme pas. Je recommande ce produit que je trouve parfait; léger, joli, souple, protecteur, pratique, bref tout ce qu'on lui demande.
