Yes, there are metal loops on the sheath. You can use these to hang the scabbard from a sword belt, or just hang it on the wall.

Can it be used for both left and right hand?

The sword guard is made for right hand. You probably could hold it in your left, but I doubt it would be comfortable.

Could this be used as a Champagne Saber?

Blade is not sharp and it’s a little floppy (slightly loose). This is more of a display/decorative blade. I, personally, would say no... you’d more than likely shatter the bottle if tried.
