I’ve had this iron for a little bit now and I don’t know why it took me so long to buy one. Best decision ever!! I can’t tell you enough that this iron makes it soooo much easier for you to iron anything! And the retractable cord in the base is such a plus. My mother wants one now!

I love not being tethered to a cord and that the iron is light. It seems that it doesn't stay hot for long so I am constantly replacing it on the base then have wait for the indicator light to go out to use it again. It would be nice if the base had a nonslip bottom so it stayed in one place as you have to keep replacing the iron so often and then lifting it out.

I purchased this iron in October, and the three prongs on the bottom are already wearing away. It no longer makes a solid contact with the charging base, so it will not get hot. One of them has started to wear away and appears to have some sort of pitting as if it is acid burned. Also, the iron doesn't hold temperature for long at all. You can make maybe one solid pass before having to put it back onto the base to get warm again. If you use the steam feature, it does not stay hot enough to create only steam and not water. I want to try a different cordless brand, but this one has turned me off and being able to not have the cord in the way just doesn't seem like a good trade off.

Good quality product. Meet all of my requirements and expectations.

its a good iron it didn't come with instructions but iron heats up quickly and its nice will see how long it holds up
