Great for easing back pain
Got this for sever back pain as it was costing a fortune buying the use once heat pads! Really great, quick to hear in the microwave and start easing the pain almost immediately!

Excellent Heat Pad
Excellent item, with having the strap you can make sure that the heat gets exactly where you need it, making it really good for things like a bad back. Good quality and made really well.

Great product.if you suffer from lover back pain. Have used it twice now and really found it helps soothes and loosen up any tight crampy feeling in muscles. Easy to use too. Just pop into microwave for 90 seconds and wrap around lower back over clothes. I can walk around with it on hands free as it secures with Velcro. Definitely recommend this if you suffer from any muscle or joint pain.

I have had a slip and fall injury, and I have to say that this product helped my nerve and muscle recovery. I have used other heating items but this by far beats them all. Its very easy to use and I like that it has a soft fuzzy side and a plain cloth side to use. It has a long velcro belt so that you can easily wrap it around your waist for your lower back or to wrap around your leg etc. You will not be sorry if you purchased this item, it sure helped me.

Brings relaxation to the muscles in my lower back, relieves some pain.

Gives nice warmth. Fits relatively well. It tends to sag a bit in the back. A second Velcro patch to hold the part of the belt that hangs loose would be great. Better yet, a somewhat different and stronger belt would be a great improvement.

This is excellent for my lumbar spine ache and I can move it down when sitting to also cover the sacrum. The Velcro band is convenient and keeps the heating pad in place as I move around. I've had the product only a couple of days so wondering how long that will last. It says to heat for 90 to 120 mins. On our microwave 2 mins is perfect and retains heat for quite a while. Only CON: The band is ultra long, I'm slim so it leaves a lot of extra band which I just tuck underneath so not a big deal.
