Is this Sulphate and silicone free?

Behentrimonium Methosulfate is a non-sulfate from rapeseed oil. So from what i can see it is sulphate free because methosulfate is not a sulphate, despite its name.

Has anyone with blonde or lightened hair used this? Im nervous to try it since it contains henna which may stain or affect future bleaching sessions..
