Amazon’s description says it’s made in the USA or imported. Homelike’s response is that it is made in China. Either way, “I love it”

I am confused. Is this a comforter?

Yes, they are light weigh, very soft and comfortable. I have the gray one, they are reversible. I purchased mine about 2 months ago for the bed in my RV.

Can this be used without the comforter insert?

Yes, it can be used without comforter cover. If you have any question or problem, pls feel free to contact us at customerservice@homelikemoment.com We will always be there for you. Your email will be replied within 24 hours.

Can I use this by itself?

I'm not sure I understand the question but if you are asking if you need anything over it - no. If you mean can you use it without sheets, I wouldn't recommend it.
