Here is the lowdown on these fasteners. This kit actually gives you two of the LinQ fasteners. They are the 708 200 296 and the 708 200 297 (left and right). They are pretty much the same fastener, just a mirror image, that way when mounted on opposite sides of a load, you will pull the locking lever in the same direction on your quad (toward the back). This is one of the best ways for a secure mount to the LinQ system racks on compatible Can-Am products. Also included are some tiny allen screws that will tighten into the fastener casting that jamb the locking lever in the closed position so your luggage cannot be removed virtually instantly. I am using one of mine for an easily removed safety flag mount. These would also work great for addition of some custom hard luggage or if you need a replacement LinQ lock.

The BCA tunnel bag has marked holes where to drill to align with the LINQ mounts. They will need drilled/reamed out to use the 1/4" hardware they supply, since these mounts are 6mm holes (.236").
