Service could be much better, parts perform as described.
It took two weeks for the bike kit to arrive after placing an order, only for the cables to be shipped after wards and then the wheel came without rim tape which after three weeks I still have to receive. I left two voicemails, sent an email, i only got a reply to one of them. I never got informed about the reason for the shipping delay, on the website it said orders are typically shipped within 48hrs. It would have been nice to have been informed about the shipping delays without me having to call to know why, after a full week I still had no shipping notice. The bike kit installed OK, but I had to file down the openings in my fork, the axis bolts on the motorhub where a bit bigger then my old wheel and the motor did not fit. Once I opened it up some it went together well, the cables too long but the extra can be put inside the battery bag. The motor makes a moderate amount of noise when engaged, similar to the noise of mountain bike tire going fast over pavement. My wheel size is 700C and without pedaling my speedometer reads a bit over 17mph, it is easy to go over 20mph when you add your own pedaling power. The motor has no torque left at all when going about 23mph so it is useless at speeds above that. Overall I would say I go about 5mph faster on average compared to not having the ebike kit. I mainly got the kit to help me go uphill coming back from work, it helps me from having to crawl in lowest gear and be exhausted and sweaty when i finally get home. Now i can go uphil at about 11mph with less effort than going about 5-6mph without the kit ( it will not take me uphill on its own, not enough power). It has just enough power for me. I do wish the kit had a way to set power level rather than ON/OFF, all/nothing. The battery range does seem as advertised, though I have not yet used it till empty. I went 15 miles with moderate use before re-charging, still seemed as if it was fully charged.
