Let me preface this by saying as an Amazon customer since 1998, these "sponsored" reviews of the last few years are, IMO, one of the worst things to happen on Amazon since the beginning. I paid full price for a bottle of this in 07/15 and put it in my box of many similar products and promptly forgot about it until this Holiday week. I have the interesting life of one with Fibromyalgia, and early onset osteoarthritis in both of my hips, the left so far gone I'm temporarily in a wheelchair while arrangements are made for a replacement. I'm 45. Recently the narcotic pain patches and breakthrough med wasn't just not cutting it, an average day was me was sobbing uncontrollably in pain while my DH (& caretaker) watched helplessly. Even the recent steroid injection which normally should've given me some relief did nada. In desperation, my dear husband took the Nervex out of my "pain arsenal" and suggested giving it a try. Within five minutes of him rubbing the pinkish, odorless cream into my hip and thigh, my pain was gone. Seriously. I have no idea how it worked when more powerful products have failed, I'm just incredibly grateful that it is working, and 3x daily applications have given me a truly enjoyable, pain-free Christmas Eve. Thank You and please keep making this product! There has been no downside, or side effects to this product. But when the label says wash hands immediately, they aren't fooling around. I accidentally transferred a bit of the cream into my hand, then rubbed my eye. And before I could say G7 protesters with mace-melted contacts in their eyes, I, too, was learning water makes it worse, and to just wait out the the small amount of capsaicin in the product

It definitely helps my neuropathy but make sure you wash your hands after using it bc as I found out it effects And can sting if not washed off...

I can not judge if this product works or not, its too soon to tell, but what I can say about it,...is..that Iam very very dissapointed with the pump of this product, I used it once, and when I went to use it again, it does not work...pump is broken i guess...so I had to figure out how to take the thing apart to get to the lotion, which is not easy to get into...than i have to bang the bottle to get the lotion out of the bottle, which Im wondering in the long run if im going to be able to get it all out once i get toward the bottom...than i will probably have to take a knife to the bottle and saw away....not good!!

I’ve been in severe pain for weeks. I fell and injured my ulnar nerve and my radial nerve. The doctors put me on muscle relaxers and strong NSAIDs. None of that was helping very much. So when I ordered this cream I was excited to see if it was going to work or not. Honestly I really didn’t think it was going to work. But I was desperate so I figured I would give it a try. And to my surprise it really does work. It takes away about 70% of the pain. So I’m still vaguely uncomfortable but I’m not squirming in my chair in pain.

Bought this thinking it would ease my nerve pain from fibromyalgia. HUH ! About 15 minutes afte I applied the greasy cream I began to smell this pungent awful aroma from it. Had to wash my hands 3 times to get the smell off them then had to take a bath later to remove the smell from its application. Smelled like a wet polyester couch after a house fire. I kid you not. Should have returned it but was so pissed off that I just threw the remaining contents in the trash and hope and pray the EPA doesnt come after me for causing pollution. No effect at all on nerve pain just felt like I was applying auto chassis grease to my body.. Folks I jest here about the experience but seriously this product should be avoided.

This was just what my husband needed for neuropathy in his feet. Before using this wonderful cream, his feet were in agony...he said it felt like burning, stinging, and something sharp poking into his feet. It bothered him day and night. Our doctor told him to use Capsaicin. He did and his feet were on fire! I saw this on Amazon and thought maybe it could help. From the first application his feet felt better. Now he can walk, wear shoes without hurting, doesn't have to wear socks to bed so the sheets didn't wake him up...and so much more. We are both thrilled we found Neuropathy Nerve cream. The only downside is he has to apply it 2 to 3 times a day to each foot. So one bottle only lasts a little under a week. I put it on our subscribe and save list so getting 4 - 5 bottles a month is less expensive. It would be great if it came in larger bottles. This makes his feet feel so much better that it is worth it.

Odorless: no, it has an odor and is not that pleasant - someone described it as "sour milk" and I tend to agree. Is it possible that some lots went bad? Non-irritating: a few people said that it burn their skin - sorry it does not. I am even wondering if the %tage of capsaicin is high enough for that to happen (the product indeed does not show the %tage - most creams show a 0.025% but this one does not tell anything). In any cases, not irritating for me = checked! Effectiveness: I cannot say I feel any relief but this may be a personal experience and depends on the severity of the illness you have. With a large body area affected with neuralgia, I felt no improvement (a soothing homemade salve was more effective than this). I don't think I will buy this again but will give it a fair try on another pin one day and chnge my rating if at all effective.

I have an area on the top of my left foot (dorsum) which suffers from a non-diabetic neuropathy following four back surgeries. If anything touches the skin, the burning and pins n needles sensation comes on. I have even had to sleep with my left foot out of the covers, dangling in the breeze because the weight of the sheets activates the neuropathy discomfort. I have used lidocaine topically with limited success. I purchased this because I had gotten to a point where I would try anything. Using a latex glove, I first apply some lidocaine for fast relief because the Nervex, while it does work, it takes a couple of hours for relief unless the lidocaine is used additionally. RESULTS: Excellent pain relief for up to 12 hours. I can now sleep with my feet both under covers. Works GREAT for me. I do have to apply twice a day and rarely a third time. This provides the best relief from the neuropathy discomfort that I have tried over the last five years. Thanks

The product came before the date and it did excactly what I wanted it to do. It temporarily worked on my neuropathic pain. I still have to put it on in the evening but it does take away the pain for a few hours.

My son uses it for relief of neuropathy caused by his diabetes. He gets some relief but it is not complete. There is no known product which would alleviate the pain completely.

The product worked and provided relief in my moms feet pain caused by diabetes. At least twice a day sometimes three to get it on before she feels the burning sensation.

This is a horrible experience, I received the product today and as u can see I had to wash it to take the picture. Once I opened package something smell so bad then I saw the cover covered in a disgusting liquid like a slim, and even the inside bottle too. I love this product as it is the only thing that help with my dad pain but really it is awful and disgusting I don't know what it is but omg horrible horrible experience in the packaging and delivery.

Doesn't stain and has a nice smell. Works to take the burning sensation out of my feet. I have neuropathyy.
