The print quality is not soo good... Many sentences are not readable. However the content it's good and very useful for healthy living.

The book has photo of Dr Khader Wali and therefore it is expected that focus will be on 5 specific millets termed as Siridhanya.Hoeever,this focus is missing.

lets know and buy the book.
this book is not for bignners.its waste of money in some recipes they didnt mentioned quantites of ingredent.in one recipe they used maida.if dr khadar is saying do not mix the grains so why they are mixing ragi flour with wheat flour.as per him wheat is negative grain so why he used in recipes
