I spun vinyl for over a decade back in the 80’s and was a member of the New England DJ Association. I have a huge vinyl collection as the record companies would send us their promo 12" disks to try on the dance floor. My beloved mixer the Azden-MX 100 6 channel echo mixer started humming recently AND no it was not a ground loop issue. Just old age. I came across this mixer on Amazon. The specs were perfect for what I need using 2 platters. Good Golly Miss Molly! I should have bought this years ago. Easy setup and makes my old mixer look like a dinosaur, which it is. Sound quality is awesome. I could not be happier!

Perfect for me! I DJ for special needs individuals and I don't need to 'spin' records. I just play songs. Fits my rack perfectly! Price is right too!

This mixer is fantastic! My only issue is it started humming after 1 year and tech support is hard to get ahold of during work hours.

I was looking for an affordable rack mount mixer to replace the Realistic unit I had been using for nearly 30 years and was starting to get flaky. This is quite similar and has all the features I was looking for. The blue lights are a nice plus. You can switch off the row of LEDs at the top, or turn all the lights off entirely (a dimmer control might have been a nice addition but no biggie). My only complaint about this mixer is that it's susceptible to AC hum/buzz. I purchased a power conditioner (ironically it's also from Pyle) that seems to address the issue.

The mixer seams to do all of the things a DJ with 32 years of experience would need to do. I read a bunch of the reviews and maybe I got a fluke and one that QA should have never passed. I hooked it all up and thought this thing is pretty cool. But turned on my amp and it buzzed like crazy. Then I tried to hook up with different cables and the same thing. Also, when I hit the EQ on button then it buzzed times 10. Then I tried my mixer I was trying to replace with these cool features and no buzz. Feedback "buzz" is an absolute deal breaker at weddings. I wish the QA person was doing their job or they could just fix this design flaw. Good luck!

For the price and use not bad. However the main volume pot is very noisy when turned to a higher level than three. Overall operation is fairly good. lots of lights is window dressing for the short comings. All in all for someone just starting good it is a good buy.
