Works great, check Ethernet hub if issues.
I was skeptical, but these work great! 4k30 confirmed.Had a small issue with a gigabit Ethernet hub not playing nicely, switched that, everything is perfect.

7/14 Tx/Rx DOA
I have ordered a total of 7 sets of these Tx/Rx. Out of the total 14 modules, SEVEN of them are dead out of the box. I forced another tech to come verify this for me even because I couldn't believe that many would be DOA. The ones that work seem to work great, but the hassle and extension of my work deadlines is way too much to deal with.

Used this for a video conf system and it works very well.

USB Devices do not pair automatically on power reset
Everything is great about the device EXCEPT:The USB devices don't auto pair when the power restores after an outage. we need to click the USB button every time after a power outage to get the USB devices back. I know USB connections are point to point but after the initial configuration, it would be nice if it can remember the USB pairing.

two sets have gone bad
We purchased a few sets. They sent HD vs 4K once. Had two sets go bad. Will not purchase anymore

Bought this then I had a NOPE moment. Returned.
This will NOT work concurrently with your network. When connected to network, all other devices lose internet access. Consulted mini manual but no solution.

Audio/Visual Works great - USB has issues
As far as I can tell this is the only device on the market that does HDMI & USB 2.0 over ethernet. While it handled everything I could throw at it for HDMI (4k 30hz, 2k 60hz, Dolby Atmos, 5.1 PCM etc) I had issues with some usb devices. My mouse and keyboard (using a wireless dongle) worked great. I could not sense any latency through this. The thing that ultimately lead me to give up on this product was the xbox wireless accessory adapter. I don't know if that device draws more power than the USB 2.0 standard, or something else, but I could not get it working. I also had a flash drive that did not work with this, though it wasn't a deal breaker.
