Poor quality
Product disconnects randomly and frequently. Practically unusable.

Recived Non-working controller
This product didn't work on our PS 4, so don't know if I got a defective one or what's going on. Had some family priorities and by the time we tried it out in our movie room, it never worked and the return period was over. Thought maybe it just needed a good charging but that wasn't the case. So now we are stuck with a non working controller.

Counterfeit controller!!
This controller is a counterfeit. The ps4 button is crooked, the L3 button is sticking, the sticker on the back is crooked, and it doesn't hold a full charge. This is unacceptable and actions need to be made to prevent this time of crime.
