it really helps you to stop swaying
This swing aide works great. It has helped me to stop swaying on my back swing, all clubs. If you suffer from swaying on your take away, buy this device. It is well made, not just some cheap plastic toy; it is light weight so I can keep it in my bag for practice sessions. Buy it.

Not perfect but essential.
This wedge is important for those that don't move the right leg and hip properly. It encourages a move towards the target instead of towards the ball (which we call "early extension"). It also encourages loading up the inside of the right foot (Xander Schaufflee say that is essential) As far as its physicality, Its a little short, a little lightweight so it tends to move around. I havent initally had an problem with the green felt detaching. Get it right away to drill moving properly!

Too small to be useful
Although, the quality of the wedge is good, it is too small to be useful. I believe that it only six inches long and fairly narrow; so, I spent more time realigning it than actually hitting golf balls. Eventually, I gave up on using it because the small size made it too inefficient.
