Poor wuality

I wear an 8 1/2 narrow.and I purchased these in a narrow. I have a hard time finding shoes because they say narrow but they never are. My ankle and heal always slip out. These sandals that said they were narrow size are actually narrow. They fit. These are the third pair of sandals I've had in my 58 yrs of life that fit. They're very light have no weight to them, are flat, the sole has give so they're cushiony and they do not hurt between your toes they're comfortable. Those are the good points now the bad. It upsets me to say this because they fit but I don't think they're going to last long at all. Underneath on the bottom of the shoe It looks like parts are coming through the sole of the shoe before I've even worn them . I've only worn them for about 5 minutes in the house cuz I just received them. I don't have much faith that the straps won't come through soles in record time. I have two pairs of ipanema flip flops that are similar in material that I've had for many years and I wear them everyday because I live in Florida but they're not really a narrow Even though they were sold as a narrow but they almost fit. Actually the dog ate one last week but I'd had those flip flops for about 10 years and they were still beautiful and strong The Ipanema souls are much better quality. Ipanema makes their souls to last forever. If these surprise me and I'm hoping they do I'll come back in and give it five stars. But if they break I'll come back in and take the stars away and go back to Ipanemas. For the price that I paid for these the soul should be durable with a better quality like the ipanema's.

En conjunto, muy satisfecho con estas sandalias. Me encantaría que Havaianas me ofreciera la oportunidad de probar otros modelos o estilos de su gama, porque si mantienen este nivel de confort y diseño, merecen la pena. Muy recomendables para mujer.

Bought these for the yearly beach vacation so I can walk in the shallow water without worrying what I'm stepping into (my feet are sadly kinda sensitive so when walking on plain sand I have to focus on the ground a lot to not step into bigger sea shell shards etc). They hold up well in seawater and clean up nicely later. I also like the shape with the ankle strip that helps them stay on my foot comfortably - for me they feel much better than any other flip flop I've tried before and I can walk very comfortably in them for hours. I've only used mine for one season so far, but my partner has bought these before, wearing them daily in summer, including many days with lots of walking, and they held up several years before the sole thinned out too much. As for sizing, the printed EU size on the shoe was correct for me.
