Was nervous that I would t be able to use my older Kitchen aid blender anymore now that they stoped making parts for it. This well priced piece works great and fits well. Blades are a bit smaller then OEM so takes a bit longer to mix things . No more leaking.

Perfect fit

It's probably unlikely that the strangely-shaped (but awesome) blender blade in your KitchenAid blender will seize up, like ours did. But it sure was nice to find a replace part for about 10 bucks, vs. KitchenAid's OEM version for $80. And it works well, is built tough and seems to be a perfect solution. I'll let you know after a couple of more milk-shake mixes if it continues to stand up to standard blender abuse... but so far so good.

After reading reviews I decided on this blender blade replacement. It works fine and does not leak. I gave it 4 stars because it arrived in disassembled. The blade with its threaded shaft was not installed. I had to place it into the plastic base, put on the washer and, after figuring out the that the post is reverse threaded, screw the retaining nut/drive screw onto the post. Also, the new seal/gasket appears to be about 1 or 2 mm thinner that the original. So, I just used the original gasket to be extra cautious. I am saving the new gasket as a spare. Again, it works fine and does not leak. A fair price and far less expensive than the rediculous price asked by KitchenAid.

Bought this to replace a blade in an old blender. Worked like a charm, very happy with my purchase

Within a few months of light use, the blade became stiff, noisy, and wouldn't spin freely. This caused the blender's rubber coupling to fail and now I have to replace both parts. This blade may be cheap but you get what you pay for, barely.

So I acquired a kitchen aid blender somewhere along my travels and the blender seized up on me then the blade started spinning but free of the gear under it to drive the blades, I looked up the part through kitchen aid and it was 90$ Well I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I know I can buy a whole new blender for 45 dollars, mind you not a kitchen aid brand but still I don’t use it to make a living just daiquiris. So I took a gamble on this replacement part and it works fantastic for much much less money. Thank you for saving my blender!

Great replacement blades for the original ones. Very sharp. Glad I purchased them.

The design flaw of the cutter assembly, is that the plastic eventually cracks around the bronze bearing. A slight hairline crack will start, and the unit will leak a little more and more as the crack gets bigger. This is usually a result of crushing ice I've found. The cutter assembly just isn't strong enough. This replacement parts fit ok (just 0.5mm undersized) and works just fine. I no longer crush ice in my Kitchenaid, and haven't had problems since.

This part revitalized my cranky old blender. Works exactly as it is supposed to.

part fit well and price was great . It is nice to see them reproduce this part as it is not available through kitchen aide.. Now my blender (which is better than anything available now) can run for more years. The part quality is good too!
