Helps to regulate
Iโve been taking this mixed with honey for my hormonal issues, it seems to be recalibrating my cycle. Iโve had 1 and a half cycles with it so far and I can already tell itโs doing something! The taste is earthy, similar to brown sugar or jaggery when mixed with honey. You can also take it with peanut butter if you want to mask the taste completely. Very good quality fine powder, doesnโt clump up or go bad.

made me feel sick
used half a teaspoon in a drink and felt ill all day, nausea and just unwell, havent taken it since. Apparently it can cause stomach upset in lots of people. so look into it before consuming it.
