Will purchase again. Standard Process Phosfood the Rolls Royce standard, but very expensive. Happy to drive this Cadillac! (It's a metaphor!)

When I started taking this it immediately relaxed joints tendons and cartilage so that everything started cracking and crunching in a nice way. I slept better. My digestion was better. I was taking one a few drops each evening. Then after about 5 days it started increasing stiffness and inflammation, do I assumed my body had topped up the phosphorus it needed and stopped and the symptoms subsided. It's been a few weeks and I'm about to start with it again. Overall I am very pleased

I had not noticed that my blood tests have shown my phosphorus level dropping (also calcium) over the years until it finally fell below 2.4. First time taking this supplement felt like a triple espresso for the whole day and I have felt so much more energetic over the last few weeks just taking this 50mg/1ml dose in the morning. With further research, I realized that this is a 15% phosphoric acid solution (31.6% phosphorus in phosphoric acid = 47.5mg/1ml) so I am switching to a more thrifty 10% bulk (beer making) solution which calculates to 31.6mg/1ml ;-) PS. don't forget iodine! Without iodine the phosphorus may not have an effect, if hypothyroidism is the cause of your low phosphorus, like me. I forgot and became super tired in the evening. I felt the phosphorus had stopped working but a dose of iodine (eg. two drops in water once or twice a week) brought my energy back!

So far so good...haven't received test results as yet.

This did help with increasing my energy level thought my doc told me to be careful as it can damage the enamel on my teeth. So once I add to my drink, I use a straw.

Great product Strong taste but it is normal for the substance

Aside from it taste horrible, after taking in continually for a few weeks, my knees felt sore and pain! I'm in my middle 40s. Never felt my knees losing strength to stand until taking this! I'm active and workout and dance daily. I decided taking a break from this "supplement". Within a week, the strength of my knees returned back to normal. No more soreness or feeling of weak while standing, walking etc. My other supplements has stayed the same as well as my workout routine, diet etc.

I believe I got what I paid for... Who knows???
