Review: Breaks within the 1 year warranty and company isn’t responsive or resolved any issues. - The item worked great for less than 6 months. It’s no longer cold and leaks inside forming a puddle or water. I had to reseal to contact the company since this is a licensed item. I explained the problem with the fridge and they responded with, “so it no longer works” (obviously!) I replied back and said it doesn’t work and it’s within the 1 year warranty. They never replied. I followed up with another message and they never responded. I had to speak with desertcart for 29 minutes about the lack of help with this company. desertcart resolved my issue, refunded my purchase price and provided a shipping label for me to return to desertcart. Review: Just the right size - This was perfect for my son to keep in his dorm room to keep his insulin in.
