may need more than just 24 hours
I received the 65CM ball a little over a week ago. came with the pump and 2 plugs. I blew it up to what I thought was 80% of it's size since it was getting hard to blow more air in and I left it for 24 hours then blew it up again but I still had trouble getting air in it. I sat on it but found it was too small. So I checked the diameter and it was only 47CM. I was upset because I thought I had the same problem as other people about getting the wrong sized ball, maybe the sent me the 55CM. I am 4'11 and am actually supposed to have the 55CM ball but I was planning on using it to replace my desk chair.I sent an email to the company which have yet to respond. I kept using the ball anyway which seemed to be losing air so I kept blowing it up. A few days ago I checked the diameter again and saw it was at 54 and I blew it up again today and now it is at 58. So I think it will be a 65CM ball soon enough I just have to give it time. The only problems I have:1. The pump that they sent with it is trash, every time I pushed it down air escaped through the holes on the top at a fast rate. My husband tried fixing it and it worked for a couple pumps until I heard a rattling and air escaping again so I gave up on it and since I have no other pump I had to blow it up manually.2. The company has yet to respond to my email. I sent it almost a week ago and still nothing.3. because of the "leave for 24 hours before inflating to full size" directions I thought they may have given me the wrong ball. they need to change that.Other than that I am quite happy. so give it more time before taking action, it sucks but it is better than dealing with their customer support... and faster.EDIT July 5th 2012: it's a bit late but after finding out it could still be blown up more it took less than a week to blow it up to 65CM and it is working great! the company has yet to respond, i don't have a problem anymore but they don't know that so the service sucks so if you think the ball is the wrong size i still say try waiting before complaining, the ball may just need more time to stretch.2ND EDIT October 1, 2012: It is still going strong, no problems and it is a very good height for my computer area.

Makes a great office chair
I am 6' 3'', 240 lbs. The 75 is the perfect size for my frame, when correctly inflated. I Have used this ball for about 5 years now as my primary office chair. After a long day at the computer my lower back and legs don't hurt, like they do in a normal office chair. It has dramatically improved my posture even when I occasionally sit in a normal chair. I get some goofy comments from my coworkers some times, but several of them have purchased their own ball and seen the benefits. The TKO is sturdier and more robust than several others I have seen. The only reason I had to get a new one after 5 years is it developed a leak and wouldn't hold air fully. I suspect I rolled over something sharp and small. But I feel like 5 years is a great investment for this ball. Can also be used for exercise throughout the day to break up the office routine. Highly recommend.

What's up with the smell?
Best advice I can give you? FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART EXACTLY. I'm 5'10" and I noticed that the size charts on stability balls said that 65cm balls were for people up to 5'11". I decided, I'm a big man, I'll go up to 75cm since i'm ALMOST 6 feet tall. Whoops The 75cm was HUGE and made it impossible to pull off some of the workout moves on P90X2 that i was supposed to be doing. So I ordered the TKO 65cm. It was cheaper and should help since it was a better size for me. After pumping it up and using it for a week, I've noticed it's started to a little air. I don't think it's really a leak, just daily strenuous use has made it a little deflated. I don't mind pumping a little more air into it each weekend. No big deal. One thing i cannot seem to get over: THE SMELL. This thing stinks of.. sewer? a paper mill? a dirty diaper? vinegar? It's rancid when it comes out of the box and after a week of use, it's still there. I have to put a towel on it when my face is nearby because otherwise I'll gag.

I've bought 3; quality has DROPPED.
--Another edit, 3 months after buying the last one: The quality control on these has sunk in the past year or so, so 3 stars now instead of 4. My current ball (my 3rd TKO) has LOTS of surface defects, which look exactly like the one small defect that turned into the hole that deflated the 2nd TKO ball I bought that lasted 7 months before deflating. I'm basically wondering when, not if, this one will deflate. This ball is not subjected to any rough treatment; it's a desk chair, period.Below's a review of two previous TKO 74cm balls I've bought here.Buying a third one here in December 2014, not without some misgivings. Bought #1 in February 2012. It was GREAT. It lasted 2 years + 2 months... and didn't break, just softened and reshaped into a flatter oval, because it was my everyday work chair (and is far better for my back than any other chair I've used). It completely ended frequent incapacitating back spasms, because it strengthens those muscles without you even being aware of it. It works better for that purpose WITHOUT a stability ring, btw.Bought #2 in April 2014. It lasted only 7 months. It had to be topped off a lot more often (and getting the plug out of this ball is a nightmare), but it worked... until a hole formed in a tiny area I always thought looked rough on the finish. It didn't burst, let alone while I was sitting on it, so it probably deserves 5 stars for THAT. But not being pleased with the life span or the constant topping off, I bought a Black Mountain ball to replace it. The Black Mountain ball's plug is much easier to remove. Sadly, you have to do it almost every day to top off -- and the ball's soft and mushy even when fully inflated. The rubber doesn't feel as thick as the TKO ball. The TKO *felt* stable; the Black Mountain doesn't.So... Buying #3 tonight. I'll deal with the wretched plug and inspect the surface carefully for suspicious marks, but the first one was so good, I have to give it a third shot.Final note: The copy here says the 75cm ball is "Best fit for users from 6 feet to 6 feet, 5 inches tall." Nuh-uh, not if it's your chair. It depends on your leg length. I'm 5'8" and anything smaller than the 75cm would be useless, but I'm also long-legged. You may have to deal with some trial and error here. You want the angle of your legs (the knee-bend) to be about the same as it is in the chair you're most comfortable working in.

Fantastic! Big Lad!
I'm a big lump of a lad! I weigh in the region of 100kg/200 pounds + (Fat and muscle i'll have you know). I have had the ball for a few months and it is great. There seems to be no bursting it! Not that i've been going mental but me plus 40 kg/80 pounds of dumbbells = no problem. Me plus my cousin (he's 8) balancing = no problem. Me plus arseing around, falling off, balancing, trying to stand up etc = no problem. I've also seen demos on youtube of 1000+ pounds of weight being applied = no problem + sticking in a pin = slow and steady deflation = not eating your dumbbells if it does burst! If like me you were considering sub £10 ball, I wouldn't bother. If it bursts you're out money and potentially injured. If this review is still 5 star, then it is still great!!!

Never even got to use it
That's right. I never even got to use this fitness ball as it burst whilst inflating it. I was using a hand pump and at approximately 69cm the ball just burst. I'm just thankful that it burst whilst inflating it rather than using it, as it could have caused me an injury.

Exactly what you see, REALLY FAST shipping!!!
I love this product, is very durable and does exactly what i want if not more (i have abused it). The 75cm I must admit looks huge when i do exercises in my living room (and I am also tall 5'11''). However, this was the size I was used to exercise at my bootcamp and the space there was more open, which didnt make the ball seem as large as i see it in my living room. It is definitely for taller people (when you sit on it your legs shouldnt be on the air!!!) but you can find the right dimensions online. What i also love is that it came with a big poster-size almost exercise chart (which is very helpful) and it even explains the dimensions you should buy depending on your height. Love it!

I threw the pump in the garbage.
The pump for the ball is a hand held pump and it is very hard to blow the ball up to its full size. The pump broke before I was able to fully inflate the ball. So now I have the deflated ball just sitting in the trunk of my car. At some point will find another way to get it inflated. I threw the pump in the garbage.

Luft
