The heat level is medium and mild, and the texture was silky smooth. It keeps a very tight seal when carrying in my purse didn’t cost a lot of money, but add tons of flavor to my food.

Excellent taste
I love this stuff. My wife makes beef and pork with it, and it seasons it just so exquisitely! It's always better to buy it on Amazon and save the gas and time from going to the supermarket for this stuff. Buy buy buy!!!

Taste and heat.
Outstanding product. Same as we purchased when living in Peru. A little pricey, but taste is perfect. HOWEVER; this is my second order of this to arrive with one or more broken jar or have a jar with a dented lid allowing the vacuum seal to break. first order the broken jars were replaced with NO hassle. This order was " no returns no refunds". VERY bad business practice.

Delicious but not long lasting.
Delicious but not long lasting. I’ve bought this twice and just ordered a third time. It’s delicious on a sandwich but I’ve never gotten more than halfway through a bottle without mold forming. Always kept in the fridge of course. Obviously I don’t use it quickly enough.

Seal was broken
I received this and the packaging around the jar was covered in the product. The seal was broken because I could push the lid in and it popped. We tried to return it or get a refund and it was not allowed. Guess I lost my money on this.

I’ve been buying these Aji Amarillo paste for many many years. Quality and taste is always consistent and perfect. If you’re looking to make your favorite Peruvian dishes this a must. It’s won’t disappoint. It’s came nicely and tightly sealed and wrapped.
