My arrow bent or broke. Is the arrow defective?

Check the target first. Aluminum bolts are for soft archery targets with a proper backstop. Wood, trees, walls, concrete, metal, bottles, and stone can bend or break bolts. Replace any bent, cracked, or damaged bolt.

My string broke or started fraying. What happened?

A dry string wears faster. Apply a thin coat of crossbow string wax before first use and about every 10–15 shots. Never dry-fire. Inspect the string often and replace it if cut, frayed, or separating.

I don't know how to assemble the crossbow. What should I do?

Watch the assembly video before installing the limb or string. It shows the correct limb direction, centering, string placement, and setup order.

The limb or string doesn't seem to fit. Should I force it?

Do not force it. Recheck the assembly steps. The fiberglass limb must be centered and face the correct direction, and both string loops should seat evenly on the limb tips. Misalignment can damage parts.
