Source Naturals, Swedish Flower Pollen, 90 Tablets

Complete garbage product.....doesn't do anything. The tablet is tasteless,odorless and most importantly useless. No impact on body or urinary system. I bought it seeing other Amazon Reviews..so be careful what you buy.

I have been suffering with Prostatitis for a few years now, after two different Urologists, both of which seemed to be not too up to date on alternative treatments, and who always prescribe antibiotics which did not solve my problem, I looked deeper into alternative treatments. Tried Quercetin with Bromelain and Saw Palmetto with Pumpkin Seed Oil among other things, symptoms did not go away. After more research I found Swedish Flower Pollen as a possibility, thought I might as well try it. What was amazing was I could not find any Swedish Flower Pollen locally, and I live in a metro area, so I found Source Naturals on Amazon and ordered it, within a few days I felt immediate relief, after nearly a month my symptoms have disappeared. There are things that may cause prostate irritation still though and I try to limit them, so I will not know for sure how long this will last? I went 4 years between my last bad bought of Prostatitis. Now I must stress that at around the same time I took the advice of dropping Coffee from my diet, I typically drank 1 cup a day in the morning, and although I'm not 100% sure that was it alone that was causing Prostate Inflammation, I have not drank coffee at all in a month. I have substituted my need for Caffeine with Green Tea which has been a easy transition since I drank it all the time previously, the less Caffeine content was a easy transition. I am nearing the end of my first bottle, I will definitely reorder and give it a few months to see if it totally knocks it out? UPDATE 10-7-14 Having went through nearly two bottles, I am happy to report that my Prostatitis issues have disappeared even further. My daily regimen is two pills at breakfast and two at bedtime, I know that this is pill over the initial recommended daily dosage but I have found that the extra pill in my case made a difference, I may cut back to 2 pills a day after another month. Reading about long term side effects have not yield any results and all reports state it's safe. I am still not drinking Coffee and limit my caffeine intake to just various Teas. For what I supposedly had, Non-bacterial Prostititis and a slightly enlarged prostate, this has worked for me so far. Update 11-3-14 Could not give up the Coffee any longer, so I went back to 1 cup a day a week ago, noticed no issues yet but will keep my intake of caffeine and coffee low. Ordering bottle #3 today, so far so good. Still taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at bedtime. Update 12-18-14 Had to stop taking this due to what I think was a developing allergic reaction on my chest, very itchy hives started appearing and I thought maybe it was something else, after a week or two it went away, so for now I'm no longer taking it, the good thing is my prostate issues are gone. If they do come back, I will try it again and see if it's repeatable?

This is a amazing product.Have been taking this swedish flower pollen with saw palmetto and have noticed a difference with my urine flow and will continue to use these.

Just started taking this brand of Swedish Flower Pollen. Swedish Flower Pollen is reputed to be a male enhancement herb. It is supposed to help with prostate function in aging males, so anything that improves prostate health also helps improve overall male sexual health and performance. So far I like it a lot. I have taken it now for a week and am happy to report no ill side effects. I have not noticed a big change in urine flow, but I have started taking it with pumpkin seed oil, pygeum bark and saw palmetto. From what I have read this can improve prostate function and urine flow quite a bit. I am hopeful it lives up to all the claims. Can't say I'm a raging 19-year old again (yet) but I will update this review in perhaps another month. Update 12/31/14: OK. So it's been another month now and I said I'd do an update, so here we are. After another month of taking the Swedish Flower Pollen I've still not noticed a significant increase in libido or a decrease in prostate symptoms (weak urine stream). To be fair I decided to stop taking the product for a week to see if I noticed any changes. After maybe four days I will have to say I did note a slight worsening of my BPH symptoms, so I have resumed taking the product daily and things have returned to "normal" again. I'd still give the product a 4-star rating. Good product and it does help, but I can't say the results are spectacular. Notable, but not spectacular. The big thing is the absence of any side effects. Most products I take I am often affected by odd side effects, like brain fog, nasal congestion, or (worst case) weird skin irritations. Have had no ill effects from taking this product.
