do the cup holders come with the chairs in the box?

Cup holders were not advertised with the chairs we ordered and received so my answer is "no" (based strictly on our purchase). It could be that ads for the chairs since ours arrived have been modified but I do not know. Aside from that the chairs are very nice for the money.

do these chairs come apart?

No I don't believe they come apart. They fold very nicely though.

Is textilene polypropylene?

I'm not sure but I know I'll never buy again rusted right up badly
