Good brightness fit 2000 civic

Pretty solid little LED's. I got the 1157 model and I'm using them in my aftermarket tail light housings on my Jeep Wrangler; housings are Rampage Euro style. These LED's were just as easy as factory bulbs to install; simply line up, push down and twist. They feel very snug/solid. Light output is even and uniform so, it fills the housings well; no dark or hotspots. The color of light output is a nice deep, rich red. The color is definitely an improvement over the Philips Ultinon LED's I had in there previously. The Philips bulbs had a tad of orange to them. But just like the Philips, these ones are a tad too bright in the "running light" mode. Almost looks like your brakes are on all the time. And the difference in brightness between running light and brake isn't much. Naturally, you have to have an LED flasher relay for these to work properly, which I already do. So, all in all, I give them 4 stars because of the minor difference in brightness between running and brake. If they just dialed down the intensity of the running light mode by about 1/3, these would be perfect.

I've ordered a lot of Auxlight products never being disappointed. I have a 35' Motor-home that has a ton of lights and I replaced all with LEDs, much of it being Auxlight. I'm a retired professional mechanic and specialized in electrical. I've modified all my vehicles including my 2023 Suzuki King Quad 750 and now my 2007 Honda VT1100C2 Shadow Sabre with LEDs. The benefit of LED lighting is multi faceted. One is less power draw and that's important in vehicles such as this style of motorcycle and ATV that are NOT equipped with an alternator. The less power draw, the better. Safety is the other concern. Being seen, if only marginally better is still a big benefit. There's a reason motorcycle riders ride with their high beams on. They want to be seen! I also changed the bikes H4 headlight to an LED H4. You can't put a price on safety. Anything a person does to increase visibility increases personal safety. lastly is longevity. LEDs are supposed to last longer but that is at the bottom of my list of importance.

3/20/26 Install was straight forward and easy. Much brighter than the factory 2057 and looks better. Fit is pretty good. The pus socket is supposed to be slightly loose. The locking pins are where the contact actually happens. I will update this thread if anything changes. The cruiser will give a good vibration test.

These lights are super bright

Okay I'm thinking my experience will be kinda unique. Unless your working on classic GM car or truck. I bought these for the front park/signal lights on a 1979 Corvette. While they fit and are very bright they do not allow for the circuit to continue to the front corner markers. So while these are in the corner market will not light up. I put in the old school normal bulb and they go back to working instantly. Not sure what the issue is exact. But I would suggest to avoid this brand of your trying to "upgrade" a classic GM. Although I am using these bulbs in the front of a 1965 Mustang and they work perfectly. Mustang doesn't have corner markers till 1968, so no issues there.

Super bright and easy to install!

This was suppose to fit a jeep TJ, front signal light. It does not fit at all. Not even close, completely different connector. Very disappointed and waste of my time and money. The lights appear to be decent quality but totally useless for my purpose. Maybe this is an Amazon issue and not the seller per say? But either way I'm not happy.
