We love the light string we have and the brightness is perfect for what we wanted. The bulbs tend to be quite fragile though (I still have one spare left from original string set), and wanted more spares on hand for our occasional midwestern plains storms that show up and tend to wreak havoc on things. We haven't had any bust yet from a storm, but because of the wind and hail we can get, I imagine it will only be a matter of time and wanted some on hand to replace with immediately.

Bought to replace broken bulbs in our Novtech String Lights purchased last September. Ordered 12 as we had 11 bulbs broken after a hail storm. Replaced those 11, and not a single one worked. Multiple blew immediately leaving black marks on the inside of the bulb. The original, undamaged bulbs from last fall are all lit up perfectly and each of the 11 new ones are dark. One would think that replacing the same brand of bulbs in the matching brand's string would be compatible, but no, and at over $3 per bulb, it hurts pretty bad to be zero for twelve. After more looking, this seller sells two almost identical bulbs for different strings of lights. The listings are identical, and I purchased the wrong bulb THAT WAS LISTED AS A LINK ON THE PAGE WITH THE STRING I PURCHASED. Please do your research before flushing close to $40 down the drain. Guess that's how profit is made... link to the wrong bulb and make people buy twice when the first ones blow.

I have so many compliments on the lights. The only thing I would change is I would have ordered the lights I could connect. But I am still happy.

We love the Led lights inside each bulb. The only thing is the packaging is really tight. One of the bulb broken when trying to unpack it.

Nice of the manufacturer to make a light set such that I have to buy their special bulbs if one gets broken.

The pkg of replacement lamps was delivered intact , however the set was not so lucky hence the replacements>

I have a couple strands of these lights hanging around my pergola. I love the look, but they eventually fill up with water and stop working. They say "weatherproof", but I'm going to call them "weather resistant"! I'm always torn about replacing the bulbs, or tossing out the whole thing and getting something different, but I think I'm about to order another 4-pack. Sigh...

These are great looking lights, but they do fail at the rate I find a bit too high considering replacement costs. In the string of 50 lights as many as 5 had to be replaced in one year. It looks like moisture gets it and tiny LEDs shorten. Perhaps the seal between socket and acrylic globe is not sufficiently water-tight.

À la mise sous tension sur un circuit 120V, ces ampoules ont brûlées, certaines ont même éclatés. Je ne recommanderais pas cet achat. En regardant les commentaires concernant ce produit, je constate que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir eu ce problème.

I tried two light bulbs straight from the box...,the first light bulb burnt up emmediately....the second one literally explowed....!!! Had to vacum the living room. Are these light bulbs for 12volts???
