I was hesitant to order an unknown brand, but the great price made it hard to pass up. They arrived timely and were nicely packaged. I followed the directions about turning off the firmware updates, HP brand cartridge recognition setting, and wiping the edge of each cartridge after pulling the toner release tape off and before loading it, and so far so good. All four of the cartridges were recognized by the printer as a non-HP brand cartridge, each showed up as having 100% ink, and everything prints great. Time will tell as far as how many pages I actually get and how long they last, etc., but I'd definitely reorder based on what I have seen so far. The box states there's a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, and lists the company's e-mail, phone, and web site for support.

I have a HP LaserJet M254dw and a small craft business (I do cards, custom favors, ect). I don't wan't to spend a lot of money replacing toners because my business is really small, I basicaly do craft for closer friends and family because I have my formal job. I live in Panama (the country no the city) and here the generic toners cost almos the same than the originals, so I decided to try this really cheapy option and see what happens. The toners arrived last week, but just today I replaced it (I leave my black tonner because it have a littler more to give yet haha), I was affraid that the printer will not recognize the generic toners, the quality was bad or the toners split every where, but was not the case, I install the tonners and the printer inmediatly recognized them, I do not did any additional step, just install and turn on (it take some seconds to initiate as always) the printer. I did a test and I was really surprised about the print quality, It is practically the same of the genuine toners, I don't see any difference, of course I will continue testing the toners, I will do some projects for my clients and I will come back with some updates in case the print quality change or I have value information to share about toners.

I purchased this item just over a month ago and initially it worked great. I only opened and inserted the black cartridge as the other colors were not empty yet. Recently the print quality deteriorated and the printer began to print streaks and spots along the edges of the paper. I removed the black cartridge and could see toner stuck to the roller which was the obvious source of the streaks and spots. I looked at the box which stated that there is a 2 year warranty on the product and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee but there is no information about how to contact the company. I contacted Amazon who graciously offered to replace the product which I am waiting for delivery tomorrow. I'm skeptical about the other cartridges and of course the replacements that I will be receiving. It seems that the price is too good to be true. The company corrected the problem and sent me replacements at no cost. Their product is now working to my satisfaction and I would recommend this item.

I have heard horror stories about non-HP ink causing problems. This GPC laser cartridge gets a "Non-HP cartridge installed" message when installed but all features work. The HP utility will even report the toner level. The cartridges are not quite at HP level of fit in the tray but are not loose just a few mm taller. The orange ribbons and seals are more a smidge more cumbersome than HP's version but that is not a worry. Print quality and color seem identical to HP so far. Not only do these cartridges work but the color cartridges will give over 2000 pages for about $25 a cartridge compared to HP's 1200 pages at $76. This is a great value and removes the biggest hurdle of replacement cost when deciding to go with color laser. You would spend $400 at HP to get same number of pages printed. This report is based on my initial findings. I will update if there are problems but the manufacturer claims a two year warranty on the cartridges so I feel more secure despite the dire warnings from HP. UPDATE: 21 Sep 2019 I am now getting a low toner warning even though the supply level readings show 100% full. Restarting my Mac and resetting the printer did not clear this warning. It does not affect printing because I set the HP Utility to Continue Printing if there is a low toner warning. UPDATE: 6 Oct 2019 The low toner warning has gone away. Continues to print well. Print quality is good. I am more inclined to print in color now knowing there is a more affordable toner option. UPDATE: 6 April 2021 These cartridges are still going strong. Still lots of life left. Printing quality has been superb. These make owning an HP LaserWriter much less painful in the wallet.

I purchased this 4-pack of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and black in April. I only used the black color, because the other colors are still almost full. But I started to have problems with the prints, the toner started to leak dust, and spot stains all over the printed sheets. I checked the toner rollers and they are always stained with dust, and it's even all over the printer. I do not recommend buying this product. It works fine one month, and the next month you can't make a good print. It is not even good enough to print a QR code and have it identified by a scanner. I have the whole box with the 4 toners, 3 of which I have not opened yet. I want to return this product and have my money refunded. I must say that my printer is new, and never had any printing problems with the original HP toners. atte Gonzalo H. Rojas

Competently replaces super-expensive OEM ink. This ink looks great, works great & cost significantly less than than OEM -made ink. I used this on Hewlett Packard MFP M281 cdw with no problems. Lasts many years without drying up or becoming unusable. Has never triggered any faults or fault codes on my printer.

I was hesitant to order these. The price was 1/3 of the HP offering. I didn't want to deal with an incompatable warning each print job.The ratings from previous buyers gave confidence. I ordered a set, they arrived within a few days. I was surprised how heavy the package felt compared to HP. The toner cartridges were nicely packed, easy to install (few instructions included). I got a first print warning on non HP cartridges which required a simple check on the screen. I expected alignment and registration check, but none required. It just began printing crisp, true color pages. Easy, simple, high quality. I can't speak to longevity after 2 days, but I'd recommend these.

When the cartridge in your HP Laser Printer requires to be replaced, and, since these cartridges are not Hewlett Packard, what will happen, even if you still have ink in the old cartridges, you will have to replace all if the cartridges. You can fuss around, try to save, but you'll end up replacing them. These cartridges are good. They do the job. They last. Brand names, like HP want you to buy their products. So when you don't, you have to make it work. The one pitfall is they do not tell you how to recycle the old ink cartridges. LIKE offering packaging to mail them to reuse, kinda offering. Especially when you have to replace all of them. That part sucks. But as far as quality goes, the cartridges are good.

It was nice to get toner cartridges that work as soon as you install. No error messages, not leaks.
