THERABAND Resistance Band Loop Set, 12", Exercise, Workout, Therapy

UPDATE: I waited a week and re-ordered this 3 pack and all bands included were 18". So I changed the stars to 5. These are great bands, but the 3 star is because we ordered the 3 pack 18" and found that the black band was only 12". We have returned them but now wonder if we re-order, will the length of each band be correct.

Quality made resistance band. Easy to use, versatile, great for all fitness levels.

These are way too stretchy for working out. They’re sheer and even the most resistant isn’t enough for a workout. They all feel similar as well. I tried pairing them up and even stacking the three most resistant, but they tend to roll up (or down) and tangle into one folded up band, they then start to dig into my legs. I’m active but not the most active or fit person, so I thought these would be a good start for me. I think these could be used for those who are recovering from injuries or need an intro to bands, but even then I wouldn’t really suggest them because they tend to roll around and shift if you stretch them anymore than 50% their length. * Rereading the description I now see that they are for rehabilitation and not working out. I should have been more careful reading and the item name and description should be more explicit. Readjusting from 3 to 4 stars.

The bands worked out perfectly for a 90 years old woman strength her arms and legs in sitting position.

This purchase was my second set of these! I use them for leg exercises as ordered by my pt and needed more than one set! They’re a great value. These take up almost no room to store, and the bright colors are easy to spot and use. A nice quality product, multiple resistance levels.

I bought these a while ago but as I shop for a replacement I thought it was worth noting here that one of the bands snapped on me while using it the first time. I wasn't doing anything particularly aggressive with it. I know this is a reputable brand, so as with many things on Amazon, I question its authenticity.

The bands them self is made from good material and very flexible, but saying that they will easily bunch up making them difficult to get on your leg, especially if you have hair. So when you get them in place, you will need to straighten out the band as it is rolled upon itself making like a piece of thin rope lifting weights, which after a while will begin to become painful and if your working just above your knee, you all ready know that knee pain is pretty brutal just by itself. I give them a 3 star rating because, they are quality made, but I don't won to put the effort in fixing them every time I change positions to exercise. The ones I found to work the best is the 3" Fabric Resistance Bands, which stays in place, doesn't catch your hair and doesn't bunch which makes it easier on the skin with the same amount of resistances as the Therabands.

These resistance loop bands are exactly what i needed to help with resistance. Very easy to use and they are portable and I can take them anywhere. Good value for money.
